Important: Please note that the cancellation policy outlined below does not apply to bookings in Italy. Tenants who have booked their stay directly with Habyt have the right to revoke their contract within 14 days from the date of conclusion of the contact (in other words, the date you signed your contract). You can check this date on the first page of your Rental Agreement.

 

A member of our team will then review all the details and get back to you. If you encounter any issues during the above steps, please contact us. If you have already moved in before the revocation, you will need to pay an equivalent amount. This is calculated according to the proportion of the services already provided up to the time you informed us of the decision to revoke the contract.
